Purchase Cancellation Policy

At Melinvita, we process orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast and efficient delivery. Because of this, cancellation requests must be submitted shortly after the purchase is completed.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours after placing the purchase, as long as the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped by our fulfillment partners.

Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

In this case, customers may wait to receive the product and then follow our Return & Refund Policy, if the order qualifies for a return.

Address or Order Changes

If you need to correct your shipping address or modify order details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.

Melinvita is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Refund for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.

Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

Orders that are refused at delivery, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect customer information may not be eligible for a full refund. Additional shipping, handling, or return costs may be deducted when applicable.
